They are hot, tasty and everywhere. The world’s most popular and appreciated food, the hamburger, is a sandwich with a touch of manliness, a sandwich of awesomeness.
Although the burger is food easy to prepare, it needs to be thought of carefully to become a perfect burger.
The 4 things you have to take to your consideration are: 
The patty
The bread
The ingredients & condiments
The way of cooking
That’s what set the burgers apart.
My interest in hamburger making and eating has brought me on a quest to find out if there is a perfect way to accomplish all 4 earlier mentioned points so the result becomes the God of all hamburgers. I will share, together with my results and reflect over my experiments in the kitchen, also reviews and other tips in the big world of hamburgers on visionfruit blog.

First up is the Avocador

The grounded beef got mixed with a blend of salt, pepper, Greek BBQ spice and sour cream & onion spice, formed into 2 patties and grilled in the oven.
The bun got smeared with a layer of olive chili/garlic oil and then toasted in the oven.
Since my fridge lacked of interesting ingredients I gave the bottom bun a ketchup/ Dijon mustard touch with sliced onion, then beef, emmentaler cheese, beef, cheddar cheese, crisp bacon, chorizo, avocado, salad, bacon-hamburger dressing.
This turned out to be both a good looking and delicious burger. The olive oil toasted bun made together with the sugar in the bread a harder surface on the inside so that the top and bottom bread wouldn’t soak up the dressing. All and all this was a perfect dinner after a long day. ;D;D;D // Googlakis
